Investment Memo Creator Tool

I initially created this for myself when I was a scout at Social Capital back in 2017 and they asked me to create a deal memo for each investment I wanted to do.

I had no training or guidance and the only reference I could find was the Sequoia Capital YouTube deal memo from 2005, so I created this template for myself. After seeing people on VC Twitter ask for deal memo templates, I decided to make a few tweaks to the form software and open it up to the community.
