My name is Matt Mireles. I am a entrepreneur. I started this blog because a) I care about ideas and b) because it sounded like a cool thing to do.
I'm 28. I've never started a business before. As I kid, I was taught to believe that capitalism was bad and that business was fundamentally an exploitative activity. And sometimes it is. But I think differently now. As an economic system, capitalism––if tweaked jut right––can unlock the creative powers of a society and a people. That's a good thing. So in my life, as I chase the startup dream, I also want to be part of that tweaking process. This blog is about the larger issues of confronting us a society and my own travails and adventures as an entrepreneur.
